A women-owned, licensed general contractor in Bellevue, Washington, specializing in multi-generational living — additions, ADUs, in-law suites, and remodels for families with aging parents moving in, not moving out. Our founders each lived this exact problem before building the company to solve it.

We specialize in additions and heavy remodels with complex structural changes. Open up old walls and there are always surprises waiting — so we only work with trades who are true specialists in their craft and who sync closely with ours to deliver the result our clients envisioned. The best remodel is one you can't spot — new work that blends so seamlessly with the existing home, it looks like it was always there.

When issues came up, the team brought us the problem plus possible solutions with costs laid out, so all we had to do was make the final call. We’re finally living in our own home again — and it actually works for us now.
The final budget was what I expected. I was surprised it wasn’t more and that the final payment was right around the projected amount. My daughter and 3 grandchildren lived with us for nearly 3 months — they had plenty of space they could call their own.
